Shaun Ward Photographer will visit the school on Wednesday 9 September. We will take all the children’s photos individually. If you DO NOT want your child/children’s individual photographs taken, please contact the school office by 3pm on Tuesday 8 September. Shaun will set up a gazebo outside school and adhere to conditions in our current risk assessment keeping a 2 metre distance etc.
Shaun has set up a booking system for after school on Wednesday to take photos with siblings. We can also add more sessions on a different day if all the timeslots are booked.
Once the sibling photographs have been taken your child will bring home a note, as per the attached photograph, of your personal access code for Shaun’s website shaunwardphotography.gotphoto.co.uk to enable you to order any quantity/combination of photographs you would like. The photographs will be on his website within 2-3 days. You can also use the QR code on the note to access the website.
